We didn't even list the house and Jeff found a buyer, showed them the house and an offer was made and excepted in a matter of 2 days! Jeff was very easy to work with and made the selling experience smooth. He always answered phone calls, text and emails. When we needed to make improvements, he took it and ran with it.
